High EH&S Consulting provides a wide range of inspections and investigations. These range from looking a single exposure to a broad and comprehensive assessment of an organization’s performance. Incident Investigations – High EH&S Consulting provides post-accident or post-incident investigations. The purpose of these reviews may be to determine causal factors and provide recommendations for correction or may be to evaluate a liability concern following an event. Construction Site Inspections – High EH&S regularly performs construction site safety inspections for a number of construction companies and owners who desire a third party monitoring to help ensure site safety is being maintained. We can provide periodic monitoring to sites within a 2 hour travel distance of our offices, however we do travel further for some projects.
Mock OSHA Inspections – High EH&S can provide a comprehensive review of your worksite to determine your compliance status with OSHA rules and requirements. This consists of a document review of policies and records followed by an on-site physical audit. These evaluations identify gaps in compliance including specific recommendations for correction.
VPP Readiness Reviews – High EH&S can assist organizations working towards achieve OSHA’s Voluntary Protection Program (VPP) STAR Award. These reviews include a compliance review, but also focus on the parameters required for VPP participants.
Safety and Health Management Systems Reviews – This process is a comprehensive evaluation of your worksite from head-to-toe. It includes a compliance audit (mock OSHA inspection), but includes much more with the management systems and structures. By evaluating aspects relating to organization performance management and safety measurements and culture, we are able to provide insightful and sometimes ground-breaking recommendations which can propel the organization to new level of improved safety performance.
Hazard-Specific Reviews – Often we provide a review of a focused program or issues for an organization. These can range from evaluation of the performance requirements and placements of eyewash and body flushing stations to support in conducting authorized energy control procedure lockouts or perhaps assessing all walking and working surfaces for slip and fall potentials.
