Philip Gomba

Philip Gomba is a Safety and Health Consultant for High Environmental Health and Safety Consulting Ltd. As a Safety and Health Consultant, Philip provides guidance to companies looking to improve the safety of their workforce, whether it be through training, compliance assistance, or program development.

Philip attended Millersville University’s Occupational Safety and Environmental Health undergraduate program, where he successfully completed coursework in Human Factors & Ergonomics, Legal Aspects of Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Safety Engineering, Construction Safety, Industrial Training, Environmental Health, and Safety Management. While pursuing his degree, Philip worked as a safety engineer intern for a general contractor in the construction industry.

During his time at Millersville University, Philip remained an active participant, presenting student research at the American Society of Safety Professionals (ASSP) Region VI Professional Development Conference, the Governor’s Occupational Safety & Health (GOSH) Conference, the Lancaster Safety Council, and Millersville University’s College of Science and Technology Advancement Advisory Board.

Prior to pursuing his degree, Philip served in the United States Air Force as a Refuel/Bomber Aircraft Maintenance Journeyman, where he gained valuable insight into working in and around high-hazard environments.
